What materials do you use for your garden furniture?
We exclusively use high-quality, pressure-treated timber sourced from sustainable forests. This ensures that every piece is resistant to rot, fungal decay, and insect attack for years to come.
Does the furniture come pre-assembled?
To ensure safe transit and lower shipping costs, most of our items are delivered flat-packed. However, we include easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary fixings for a quick and simple assembly process.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 working days. Since many of our items are handcrafted to order, lead times may vary during peak seasons, but we will always provide a tracking link once dispatched.
Do I need to treat the wood myself?
Our timber is pressure-treated with a long-lasting preservative, so it does not require immediate treatment. To maintain the aesthetic and longevity, we recommend applying a wood stabilizer or oil once a year.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
